Refund policy

We want you to love your Zennuvo purchase. If your order is not right, our return process is clear and straightforward. We accept returns for both defective and non defective products in accordance with the conditions below.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with all original packaging. We do not charge restocking fees.

To start a return, email info@zennuvo.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm the return instructions. The return label is the customer’s responsibility.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A shipping method with a track and trace system is required. Please keep proof of shipment, including the tracking number and a photo of the returned item and packaging, as this may be requested during processing.

Do not send items to any other address, including our office address, as we will not be able to process them.

If you want to exchange an item, mention this in your email and we will help you choose the right option.

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 5 business days after delivery at info@zennuvo.com with your order number and clear photo evidence. If you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order details and photo proof so we can review the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your return, and if approved, we will refund your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transfer. Partial refunds may be issued for items with signs of use, items not in original condition, items damaged or missing parts not caused by us, or returns shipped more than 30 days after delivery.

Non returnable items include gift cards, custom or personalised products, and hygienic items such as underwear and swimwear.
